The 5 Worst Sex Positions Ever

Coup12

Has your whole sex life been a lie? We surveyed over 1,200 Women’s Health readers about their least favorite sex positions, and you won’t like the results: Women rated common moves like doggy style, reverse cowgirl, and 69 as the worst sex positions.

Chances are, those sex staples have been in your arsenal since you bought your first condom. Men have long relied on standard moves like missionary because they’re easy, efficient, and feel great—but as it turns out, women have quietly been cursing them the whole time.

To pinpoint the source of female frustration, we consulted with top experts to uncover why your five favorite positions just aren’t cutting it—and the upgrades you must make to satisfy her sex drive.

1. Doggy Style

Why she’s not into it: Put simply, it’s too painful. “The issue here is you may be ramming her cervix, which is why deep penetration is often more harmful than hot,” says Sara Gottfried, M.D., OB/GYN, author of The Hormone Cure.

Plus, if you’re fully removing yourself, then re-entering her, it often hurts her chances at staying fully lubricated, Dr. Gottfried explains.

Women in our survey also said doggy’s not intimate enough. Even though rough sex can be awesome if you’re both into it, most women are looking for more of a connection during sex, Dr. Gottfried says.

While you may have a blast admiring her assets when she’s on all fours, her view of the bed isn’t nearly as stimulating.

How to fix it: To prevent the bump and grind from getting painful, keep your thrusts short and shallow, rather than deep and fast. Shallow thrusts will stimulate the front third of her vagina, which is the most sensitive part, says Rebecca Rosenblat, a sex therapist and the author of Seducing Your Man.

Up the intimacy factor by running your hands through her hair, down her spine, and occasionally leaning forward to kiss and suck on her neck.

And don’t forget the clitoral stimulation, Dr. Gottfried advises. Just because you’re focusing on her backside, doesn’t mean you should neglect her most sensitive spots.

2. Woman on Top

Why she’s not into it: One word: insecurity. According to our survey, a majority of women feel more self-conscious when they’re on top.

Dr. Gottfried says women often worry about what their stomachs or breasts look like from where you’re laying. And even though you think she looks like a rock star, even the tiniest shred of doubt can put out her fire.

How to fix it: Switch into a side-by-side position like “The Spork.” Have her lie on her back, and raise her right leg.

Slot yourself between her legs at a 90-degree angle and ease inside her. This way, her legs will form the tines of a spork utensil.

3. Reverse Cowgirl

Why she’s not into it: Because it’s hard for her to climax like that—and not everything fits when she’s riding in reverse.

“Reverse cowgirl may seem sexy and adventurous, but when you actually try to enter her, things might not fit the way you think that they should,” says Jen Landa, M.D., Chief Medical Officer of BodyLogicMD and author of The Sex Drive Solution for Women.

It often boils down to the curvature of your penis not coinciding with the angle of her vagina, Dr. Landa says. Realistically, any time you bend your penis too far at the base, it’s not only uncomfortable for her, it becomes dangerous for you.

In other words, you can break your junk.

How to fix it: If you’re in it for the view, switch to doggy. The fit’s more practical, and you can help her reach orgasm, says Dr. Landa.

But if you still want the naughtiness factor, put the doggy to bed. Do this: Stand up, have her bend forward, place her hands on a stable mirror, then enter her from behind.

You’ll still be able to manually stimulate her, but now you can both use the mirror to your advantage.

4. Missionary

Why she’s not into it: It doesn’t hit the right spots. “And if you’re on the smaller end of the spectrum, this position doesn’t really accentuate your size,” Dr. Landa says.

How to fix it: Try using the Coital Alignment Technique (CAT)—just dont call it that in bed. The position is similar to missionary, except your body is farther up and to one side. (So rather than being chest to chest, your chest is near her shoulders.)

Have her bend her legs about 45 degrees to tilt her hips up, which causes the base of your shaft to maintain constant contact with her clitoris.

Even though the name is a mouthful, the move is proven to work: Women who were unable to climax in regular missionary were 56 percent more likely to climax using CAT, according to a study from the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy.

5. 69

Why she’s not into it: She’s, well, preoccupied. According to our survey results, women say it’s too difficult to focus on receiving pleasure when they have to concentrate on giving it.

And pleasure and reaching climax is heavily determined by her mental state, Dr. Landa says. So it becomes difficult to relax and enjoy your oral skills if she’s trying to take care of your needs at the same time.

How to fix it: If you want her to get the most out of oral, you’re better off taking turns giving and receiving. Many women claim 69 feels anonymous to them, because they want their partner to be able to look them in the eyes and feel a connection, says Gottfried.

So if you stick to giving first, she’s way more likely to enjoy herself.

Etihad Group Unveils New Management Structure

Etihad

The Etihad Aviation Group Board of Directors under the Chairmanship of HE Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei has announced the new management structure for the Etihad Aviation Group PJSC, which was formally established by Abu Dhabi Law No. 6 of 2014.

Etihad Aviation Group Chairman, Mr Al Mazrouei said: “Etihad Airways has been steadily evolving into the Etihad Aviation Group for a number of years.

“This has been driven by the formation of new companies, including Etihad Airways Engineering, Etihad Global Cargo Management Company, the Global Loyalty Company, Hala Abu Dhabi, and Etihad Airport Services.

“The acquisition of minority equity stakes in Alitalia, airberlin, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles, Etihad Regional operated by Darwin Airline, Jet Airways, and Virgin Australia, has also necessitated the need for a dedicated team to manage our shareholding, and the delivery of wide-ranging synergies that are beneficial to all parties.”

James Hogan, who has served as Etihad Airways President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2006, has been appointed Etihad Aviation Group President and Chief Executive Officer.

Under the leadership of Mr Hogan, the key Etihad Aviation Group functions will be led by James Rigney as Group Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Knight as Group Chief Strategy and Planning Officer, Ray Gammell as Group Chief People and Performance Officer, and Robert Webb as Group Chief Information and Technology Officer. These areas will provide leadership, governance and strategic direction in their expert areas across all companies in the Etihad Aviation Group.

Reporting to James Hogan, the new Chief Executive Officers of the group companies are as follows:

Chief Executive Officer Etihad Airways: Peter Baumgartner will take on this new position and oversee the day-to- day running of Etihad Airways. Mr Baumgartner will have overall responsibility for Flight Operations, Safety and Quality, Guest Services, Aviation Security, Sales, Network Operations, Etihad Airways Marketing, Etihad Airport Services – Ground, and Etihad Airport Services – Catering. Peter brings with him a wealth of experience in various aspects of the aviation business. He joined Etihad Airways in April 2005 from Swiss International Air Lines and has managed the airline’s intense global commercial efforts during a period of rapid growth, both in terms of commercial expansion and the introduction of new product and service innovations.

Chief Executive Officer Airline Equity Partners: Bruno Matheu will drive the identification and realisation of synergy benefits across the airline’s strategic partners. Mr Matheu joined Etihad Airways in 2014 in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer Equity Partners. This role has been upgraded to Chief Executive Officer level in recognition of the importance of partnerships. The partnership strategy delivered revenues of US $1.4 billion and more than five million passengers onto Etihad Airways’ flights in 2015. Mr Matheu has almost 30 years of senior management experience in the global aviation industry, the past two decades with Air France-KLM.

Chief Executive Officer Etihad Airways Engineering: Jeff Wilkinson has been appointed to this position from his existing role as Senior Vice President Technical. He has more than 15 years’ leadership experience, eight of which have been at Etihad Airways, which he joined in 2006. Etihad Airways Engineering became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Etihad Airways in 2014 following the acquisition of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies. Today, Etihad Airways Engineering provides airframe and component maintenance services, along with Supply Chain Management and Design Engineering, to Etihad Airways, equity partner airlines, and third-party airlines.

Chief Executive Officer Hala Group: The establishment of the Hala Group recognises how commercial operations have grown across a variety of travel and hospitality businesses. It will ensure a coordinated approach that drives strong commercial value for Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi, and equity partners through the Global Loyalty Company, Group Brand and Marketing teams, Hala Travel Management – HTM, Hala Abu Dhabi, and Etihad Holidays. Recruitment for this position is ongoing.

Mr Hogan added: “Etihad Airways today is profitable with a workforce of more than 20,500 people from more than 140 nationalities.

“We have more than 3,000 UAE nationals, reflecting our role as a key enabler and contributor to the growth of Abu Dhabi and its workforce. We have strong succession planning in place to ensure that our commitment to Emiratisation constantly strengthens and deepens.

“However, Etihad Airways is no longer a stand-alone business. The Etihad Aviation Group employs more than 27,000 people and these structural changes and appointments will ensure that we have a unified approach that links all parts of the group and provides wider strategic direction to deliver success.

“The new management structure will enable us to maximise opportunities for growth, revenue generation and cost control on a much bigger scale so that the Etihad Aviation Group continues to deliver to its fullest potential and for the benefit of its guests, employees and suppliers.”

5 Reasons you should never ask her if she achieved an orgasm during sex

coup11

Due to the desire for men to make their partners achieve orgasm, most have taken to asking this question after, or even during sex; Did you cum?

You might think you are asking out of concern and this is supposed to show how passionate you are about pleasing her, but here are 5 big reasons why this is a terrible idea, and what you should do instead.

1. She knows what you want to hear

Here’s the thing, A LOT of women fake orgasms. And if they fake it to avoid hurting your feelings, they will lie when you ask for the same reason. They know that the only acceptable answer to this question is ‘Yes.’ If she says ‘no’, it will make you feel uncomfortable, and even pissed off. So, when you ask this question, you are extremely unlikely to get an honest answer if she did not orgasm.

2. It reeks of insecurity

Men who are confident about their sex skills do not ask this question. They do not need to. They know how to please a woman, they know what turns her on and how to get her there. Even if they doubt she orgasmed, they will only endeavour to do better next time. When you ask her if she came, she will see you as insecure. And we all know women are not big fans of insecure men. It will forever affect the way she looks at you.

3. It is annoying

The only thing worse than asking a woman if she came is asking her every single time you have sex, or asking her multiple times during sex. Frankly, it is irksome and distracting. It’s like a child who keeps bugging you about the same thing. At some point, you do not find it ‘nice’ or ‘charming,’ you are simply annoyed.

4. It puts her under pressure

A woman is less likely to orgasm if she is not relaxed. If you keep asking her, she will understand that this is your aim and this will put her in a lot of pressure to achieve orgasm. She will be so worried about lying to you that she will be tensed and more focused on that, rather than enjoying the lovemaking.

5. She WILL NOT cum

Unless you know her body language and when she is about to cum, please stop randomly asking her questions like ‘did you cum?’ ‘Are you cumming?’ “How many times have you cum?’ Doing this will guarantee that she will not cum. For a woman to orgasm, she needs to be swept away by the pleasure of sex, not interrogated like she stole something from you.

What to do instead.

Know her body. Learn what turns her on. Focus on pleasing her. Every woman has a tell for when they are cumming and all women are different. So, take the time to know her own tell. It is that thing (no matter how little) that changes. Once you know that, then you will never need to ask and she will never need to lie. If you know the tell and you notice that sometimes she does not cum, avoid making an issue out of it. Women are not required to orgasm every single time they have sex. Just watch out for the things you were doing that worked for her and keep doing that. Sex is supposed to be fun. Simply have fun.

The 5 basic lovemaking skills everyone should know

6488-000363

There are countless tips out there for how to have great sex, kinky sex, spontaneous sex, hotter sex and so on. We are all so focused on taking things a step further that we often forget the basics.

So, if you are about to have sex for the first time, or you simply need a refresher course to remind you that you are still doing things right, then read below.

1. Kissing is still a total turn on

Kissing is the fastest way to build arousal. Full-on makeout sessions of three minutes or more work wonders for your sex life. It is very essential for foreplay/

2. No need to rush

When you hit the sheets, don’t rush to the finishing line or feel pressure “to perform”. Instead, focus on building a connection. Look into each other’s eyes, say each other’s name, stop occasionally and just kiss. Don’t try to recreate sexy scenes you’ve seen online or in videos as it can feel loveless and impersonal.

3. What to do with your hands

During a kiss, your hands should be as busy as your mouth. Start warming up your partner’s erogenous zones by running your fingertips across their cheeks, lips and jawline.

Men’s necks are very sensitive on the front, while women’s are more sensitive at the back. So, guys, to arouse your partner lift up her hair and drop a kiss on the nape of her neck. Ladies, kiss your man’s Adam’s Apple.

4. Watch porn

There is a taboo that women aren’t supposed to like porn, which couldn’t be further from the truth. There are so many different types, there will be something out there for you both to enjoy. While you watch, talk to your partner about what is turning you on and why. You may be surprised.

5. Know their body

With your partner, take it in turns to touch one another all over. It can be a stroke, massage, pinch or even a little bite. Encourage your partner to share which turns them on.

4 Drinks that will make you horny

coup-

What we fill our bodies with will tell in the kind of life we live. What we eat and drink will definitely determine what our body can do and how it will serve us. There are a lot of foods out there that will do a lot to improve our sex drive, but what you drink also matters.

Here are four major drinks that will boost your libido.

1. Red Wine

According to a study published in the journal of Sexual Medicine, ladies who take red wine as opposed to alcoholic beverages of other colours tend to have a higher sex drive. If you’re a white wine fan, you may want to consider switching to red which is a great libido-booster.

Lemon

Making a drink out of lemon fruit has been proven to increase sexual performance. Having much acidity in the body can lead to health issues, but lemon balances that out by alkalizing the body for higher performance.

Watermelon

Watermelon contains citrulline, which leads to an increase in the amount of nitric oxide in your body. When nitric oxide levels are high, blood vessels relax and circulation speeds up, meaning you’ll get aroused in less time.

Beer

Swigging down a few pints delays premature ejaculation, boosts the libido and also gives better orgasms, it has been reported. Those who drink darker brews also get stronger erections because the iron helps red blood cells create haemoglobin, which carries oxygen around the body improving circulation.

7 Lovely Ways to Keep Him Happy Every Day

coup 1

Every couple goes through periods where they just do not know how to spice up their relationship and stop dreading a breakup. Remember that every day you wake up and have a choice – you can either fight with your partner or make him happy. Do not worry, you will not have to spend a dime to wow your loved one. Let me show you how to keep him happy every day without money and too much effort.

1. Pray with him

Whether he believes in the power of praying or thinks it is just a waste of time, find a way to show him that praying together can heal your souls, save your relationship, and help you find the solutions to all your problems. Spend a few minutes in the morning and before you go to bed praying together. This daily habit will make both of you happy.

2. Participate in his hobby

Whatever interests he has, let him know that you are interested in his hobby too. Just make sure you do it genuinely. If he enjoys hiking or loves video games, join him. If your partner is anything like mine, he will feel amazed, happy and proud of having such a cool girl like you.

3. Text him a love or fun note

The stress at college or work causes stress at home. Texting your partner a few times a day may help him feel less stressed. You never know how a tiny fun or love note can change the whole day. Maybe he will get your text at the very moment when he feels overwhelmed and exhausted. Let him know that you are thinking of him, no matter how busy you are.

4. Touch him unexpectedly and affectionately

Be it a quick kiss or an unexpected hug, he will feel delighted. When two people love each other, they do not need to say anything to express their feelings. When you two are home, keep him happy by touching him affectionately.

5. Hold his hand

My parents have been together for over 25 years, and my mom still holds my father’s hand when they walk together or simply watch TV. There is something magical in holding someone’s hand, especially if someone is a person you love. Hold his hand when you and your partner spend time together to increase emotional intimacy in your relationship.

6. Compliment him

Genuinely, of course. My ex never compliments his girlfriends twice because he says something like, ‘I have already said it to her she knows it.’ Everyone loves to hear how beautiful, creative, smart or fun they are. Reminding never hurts. Complimenting your man genuinely is one of the most lovely ways to keep him happy every day.

7. Spend quality time together

Today the word ‘busy’ seems to be more important than ever. Everyone keeps saying how busy they are every day and what they have to do. Busy schedules make couples enjoy quality time once in a while, and this, in turn, leads to misunderstandings and conflicts.

If you are always busy, how do you suppose to get to know your partner better? Is he happy when you are busy? People are never busy for those they love, so make sure you spend quality time together on a daily basis to keep your relationship going strong day by day.

Vodafone Uganda, a provider of 4G-LTE high-speed broadband data services, has partnered with Marie Stopes Uganda and Hostalite Limited, an e-commerce solutions provider, to hold the 2016 Health App Challenge (hackathon) aimed at developing mobile application solutions expected to increase uptake of sexual reproductive health information and services. The event will take place at the Uganda museum from May 13 to May 14, 2016.

The hackathon that has attracted local developers and innovators from 12 universities across Uganda, is in response to the growing commitment to leverage information and communication technologies to empower young people, complimenting Marie Stopes Uganda’s ongoing work in the area of reproductive health.

Speaking at the launch of the Challenge today, Faith N. Kyateka, the Communications and External Relations Manager, Marie Stopes Uganda, said, “Reaching young people with Sexual Reproductive Health information and services is one of the key focal priorities of Marie Stopes Uganda. This is because youth makeup majority of Uganda’s population. Developing an APP is therefore essential because 80% of youth in Uganda have access to media through mobile phones.”

Dickson Mushabe, the regional manager E.A, Hostalite Ltd, Faith N. Kyateka, the Communications and External Relations Manager, Marie Stopes Uganda holding a dummy checked that was handed over to them by Jackie Namara, the Marketing and Communications Manager of Vodafone Uganda on May 11 2016 at Vodafone House.

Dickson Mushabe, the regional manager E.A, Hostalite Ltd, Faith N. Kyateka, the Communications and External Relations Manager, Marie Stopes Uganda holding a dummy checked that was handed over to them by Jackie Namara, the Marketing and Communications Manager of Vodafone Uganda today at Vodafone House.

According to Jackie Namara, the Head of Marketing and Communication, Vodafone Uganda is pleased to partner with Marie Stopes and Hostalite Limited to make this year’s Health App Challenge a reality because it believes information and communication technology (ICT) is critical to the delivery of healthcare services and information.

“Through technology it is becoming easier to decentralize care from primary and secondary care facilities to the home environment, resulting in patient empowerment through increased access to health services. There is no better way to improving the patient experience and avoiding costly and life-threatening escalations with timely diagnosis and intervention,” Jackie noted.

In March 2016, Vodafone Uganda held the 4 th Edition of Power Talks whose main focus was on forging ways on how ICTs including; mobile apps can be utilized to enhance the delivery of health care to millions of Ugandans.

“We strongly believe that by the end of the challenge, the teams would have come up with mobile solutions that will lead to increased uptake of sexual reproductive information and services in Uganda,” Jackie added.

Using methods drawn from design thinking and creative problem solving, the hackathon will encourage participants to think outside-the- box and design unconventional solutions to promote young people’s sexual reproductive health. The hackathon will follow principles of “user-centred design”, actively engaging young people in the development of solutions that are based on their real needs and experiences.

After two days of designing and developing, the hackathon will conclude with a pitch session, where an expert panel of judges will select the winning app prototype(s).

Vodafone Uganda will award the top three winning groups a total of twelve (12) 4G handsets (all handsets come with 1GB data, 60 minutes for local calls and international calls to zone 1 countries, free WhatsApp valid for 30 days). In addition, the winning team in the Health App Challenge gets a 4G router with up to 50GB (6mbps data cap) per month, for a period of 6 months; the 1st runner up team, gets a 4G router with up to 50GB (6mbps data cap) for 4 months while the 2nd runner up team gets 50GB (6mbps data cap) for a period of 2 months. The total sponsorship package for the two-day event is valued at UGX 8 million.

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Hostalite Limited has offered to mentor and incubate the developers of the winning app at its fully facilitated Labs at Hostalite Cyber Academy in Bukoto.

“At Hostalite we use the latest technology and strive to apply it in a way that enhances the human experience,” said Dickson Mushabe, the regional manager E.A, Hostalite Ltd, adding: “We believe in nurturing and empowering local talent and innovators to maximize their potential.”

What ‘Queen of Katwe’ Brings To Sport Tourism

Lupita Nyong'o in Queen of Katwe

The biographical film “Queen of Katwe” about Chess prodigy Phiona Mutesi is going to be released this September in cinemas around the world. The film which stars Grammy award winning actress Lupita Nyong’o and David Oyelowo plus Ugandan child actress Madinah Nalwanga is a big deal for Uganda.

The film is under Walt Disney, a company that is in charge of some of the highest box office grossing films in years.

Before the hype about the film started and the fact that Lupita was involved, very few knew who Phiona Mutesi is to the Chess world; a young girl from an impoverished situation who went on to become a Chess Master.

So what does this film mean for Uganda and her tourism sector? Do we find a way to capitalise on it? Do we read between the lines and see what message it brings out for the rest of the world to see?

The best part about this, is that the film is going to give Uganda free worldwide publicity that is beyond Hollywood’s stereotypical view of “Idi Amin’s Uganda.”

Hopefully, people will now see that beyond this little landlocked country, there is a lot for it to offer and not just gorillas and the source of the Nile.

It should shine a light on an enterprise that has long been neglected only to be remembered when the world sees its benefits and awards it. Sports Tourism.

Sports tourism, or more correctly, Sport Tourism, refers to travel which involves either observing or participating in a sporting event staying apart from their usual environment. Sport tourism is a fast-growing sector of the global travel industry and equates to $7.68 billion. (via Wikipedia)

In Uganda, many youths have started eyeing the sporting industry with hopes of their talent being discovered due to people like Dorcus Inzikuri and Stephen Kiprotich who have inspired them to push on with their dreams.

Away from running track, boxing and soccer; there are several young people with dreams of being World Chess Masters like Miss Mutesi, but they are not accorded the support they need to make it; yet they dream on and work hard on their dream.

Tournaments such as rugby, golf, basketball and cross country bike sports activities should be on top of the list when it comes to promoting the sports tourism of Uganda. There are over several different sports tournaments held throughout the year in Uganda and out of all those, football and rugby are the most promoted.

Is this because the football fraternity has more means than the rest? Or because it’s viewed as the one with the most returns for the promoters? Can we build solely on football or we can branch out and elevate the other talents of the general sports fraternity?

Sports tourism includes the several activities that our tourism economy benefits from such as; water rafting, kayaking and bungee jumping that happen around the falls in Jinja and Murchisons. There are several other locations that would be very suitable for such activities but due to lack of proper promotion from the people in charge, they seem to be missing out on making it big in the industry; so they lie dormant and under appreciated from what they can bring to the table.

If concerned stakeholders gave more support to the sports fraternity and several different sectors of our tourism sector, would we have more “Mutesis?” Talented young people that have a dream to shine for their country with the gifts that they have been given? Would we have more visitors in the dormant areas that would make a wonderful tourist attraction?

We do not know, till we try.

Filmmaker George Stanley Nsamba aka Nes

Following the immense success of his previous short films – “Silent Depression” and “Crafts: The Value Of Life” which together were selected for over 30  film festivals across the globe, Ugandan filmmaker George Stanley Nsamba is set to start working on his third.

Known for tackling social issues and creating social awareness in his movie projects, Stanley follows the same precedent in his upcoming short film dubbed “The Dummy Team”.

According to the filmmaker, “The Dummy Team” is a short film about young kids trying to imitate a movie production by recreating a movie set, in which he will also silently highlights the HIV/AIDS epidemic. “I got the story from a photo that went viral on social media about kids imitating a film set. In the film, 5 kids look to recreate a film set with crew and cast,” Stanley said.

“The Dummy Team” will debut raw talent in Habibah Nanono, 9, and Kobusingye Natalia, 10, who are all from the Ghetto Film Project. The movie will also star familiar faces in Agee Emiru and Malcolm Kawooya who have featured in his previous projects, alongside Pamela Keryeko and Kerim Markus.

The movie is expected to be out early next month, aiming for a slot at this year’s Slum Film Festival in Nairobi.

Meanwhile, Stanley has harbored the movie idea for months now but attempts to bring it to life have been futile. He has revealed that he first tried to shoot the film mid last year but it was later suspended after they lost their equipment. They made the second attempt late last year but the weather was not good and it was suspended again.

This will be the third time  he attempts to shoot the movie, hopefully, it will be a success this time!

FireBase singers have earlier today been arrested by Police as the FireBase CEO Bobi Wine looked on helplessly. According to the “Ndi Muna Uganda” singer, Police stormed their rehearsal studio in Kamwokya, bundled up the artistes on police trucks and whisked them away to Kiira Police Station.

Bobi’s pleas to let the singers go fell on deaf ears. He narrated the ordeal in a Facebook post that read:

“Meanwhile, as the swearing in is going on, our rehearsal studio in Kamwokya was invaded by armed soldiers and police as young Firebase artists were rehearsing, and others were watching the swearing in on T.V. They were beaten and arrested (no charge yet).

Even when I tried to explain that these youth were no harm to society and actually productive members of our community, nobody listened. They were bundled up to into a car, humiliated, and are now detained at Kira Road Police station. The arrested artists include: Red Aya, Dex, Wagi, and the CEO of Bigs promotion who had come to book these artists for a small gig. I was actually there doing an interview with New York Times when this happened.

Many times I have worked with the Uganda police to calm down riots and to create peace and stability in the ghetto, as well as to build a good relationship between the police and the common people… To the Uganda Police: next time you call me to calm down riots in the ghetto, please remember how you have treated our people… I MEAN, WHAT KIND OF RELATIONSHIP IS THIS?”

Beyonce

Not only is Beyoncé’s ‘Formation’ one of her best tracks yet, it’s also an important political statement.

And not only is it an important political statement, it contains the best lyric about rewarding sexual gratification of 2016: “When he f**ks me good I take his ass to Red Lobster.”

One man was singing that particular lyric at the top of his lungs in a shopping mall in America when he was handcuffed and marched away by the police.

Should’ve had a spot on Lemonade, really.

It’s not the first time ‘Formation’ has rubbed the police up the wrong way.

During Beyoncé’s homecoming show in Houston, Texas was met with a silent protest by a local police department due to their belief that some of the singer’s recent output has been ‘anti-police’.

The dinner party held in a private dining room at an undisclosed restaurant was graced by family and close friends of the Sepetus among others.

Since this was a special occasion mama Sepetu was glammed by her daughters making her look younger than her agemates.

Wema Sepetu also decided to mesmerise many with an outfit that am starting to believe was hard to breath in. Anyway as expected the Tanzanian sweetheart did not disappoint.
