AK47 and Chameleone

Chameleone (R) with his late brother AK47

Singer AK47 may be gone, but he is certainly not forgotten. The local music star who passed on two years ago still lives on in the hearts of his fans and family.

Musicians, Pallaso and Chameleone joined the late singer’s fans today to commemorate the fallen comrade. They both noted that he is missed very much as they remembered him on social media.

Pallaso wrote, “Today marks 2 years since he was taken away. I still look at his picture and either smile or cry. It is very hard to just forget some one who gave you so much to remember. R.I.P AKAY my Angel P loves you and misses you so dearly.”

Chameleone said, “Today it’s exactly 2 Years without my Gun!!!  AK47, I know you are in a better place.
You are missed so much. But we know God takes what is his. REST IN PEACE MY BROTHER.”

AK47 passed away under mysterious conditions at Deuces bar in March 2015. It is alleged that he slipped and fatally knocked his head on the floor at Dejavu bar’s washrooms.

Jose Chameleone

Musician Dr. Jose Chameleone, real name Joseph Mayanja, has re-branded.

The “Wale Wale” star has unveiled a new stage name. The self-styled “doctor” has dropped the pseudo title.  He has today erased the title off all his social media platforms.

Although it remains unclear why the singer decided to change his name, some industry observers have noted that it could be a publicity stunt to draw attention to his upcoming concert.

The  much-anticipated concert dubbed “Legend: Hit after Hit” is slated for Friday, June 30th with subsequent shows at Colline Hotel Mukono and Freedom City on July 1st and 2nd respectively.

10 Ways to Get Her to “O”

Uganda dating, Sex Life, Sex

Whether you’re a guy or girl, nothing beats a great orgasm. Trouble is, too often women don’t reach one during sex. Study and try these fool-proof methods and you’ll soon be sending her over the edge.

1. Warm up her mind.
Sure, she desires your touch. But her orgasm is also dependent on the arousal of her mind. Best way to get her brain in the mood? Dirty talk. It doesn’t have to be earth-shattering, either. “You look so sexy tonight” isn’t the worst thing you could say to start things off. If that goes well, gradually get dirtier. Tell her you can’t wait until you’re both alone so you can kiss her entire body. Tell her you want to give her the best oral sex she’s ever had. That’ll get her engine revving.

2. Surprise her.
Women love surprises, and I’m not taking about diamonds from Tiffany’s (though we love those surprises too). If you and your gal are pretty comfortable with each other, why not climb into the shower with her and soap up her body? Or give her oral sex when she’s sleeping so she wakes up feeling great and ready to get it on? Girls love spontaneity because it makes us feel extremely desired and sexy.

3. Slow down.
The last thing she wants to hear you mutter during the heat of the moment is, “Did you orgasm yet?” You don’t want to put undue pressure on the girl to climax, and too much emphasis on the outcome will probably take her focus off of where it should be, which is feeling pleasure in the moment. Slow down, be patient and make it clear that you’re willing to take your time in order to please her. (After all, dude, it’s sex. Savor it.) Don’t ask, “Did you come yet?” Instead ask, “Does that feel good?”

4. Give her multiple looks.
Most women prefer multiple positions during a round of sex. If one position isn’t causing her to shout involuntarily in Portuguese, switch it up. Some favorite positions for women include doggie-style and girl on top. (Both provide the perfect amount of elevation and wiggle room so she can ride herself to sexual pleasure.) And do a little research. Grab the Kama Sutra or a similar book when you’re both relaxing and have her rate the various positions. Then try them out in bed.

5. Ask her what she likes.
If you’re not sure what drives her crazy, just ask her. She knows her body best, but she might be hesitant to tell you exactly what she likes unless you open the door. So do it! It’ll save you a lot of time and guesswork, and there’s absolutely no shame in it (especially if you ask her in a sexy voice). And once you find out what she likes, give it to her! Be generous, and don’t overthink it. If you find out that she loves to have her nipples bitten, bite her nipples, for goodness sake.

6. Work the g-spot.
Here’s a good move that most women love. Place a towel on the bed and have her lie down on it on her back and spread her legs. Insert two fingers (or however many she desires) deep into her vagina until you feel a spongy matter. This is her g-spot. Place your other hand on her lower abdomen and press down gently. Gradually increase the speed of your finger penetration. She may feel the urge to pee because a g-spot orgasm can often result in squirting. Reassure her that she can relax and let loose. The towel will take care of the rest.

7. Don’t forget about foreplay.
We get it, you want to have sex. But as Michelle Flaherty of American Pie put it, “You gotta preheat the oven before you stick in the turkey.” Foreplay gets a woman hot, wet and ready for a good lovemaking session. Kissing her on the lips, neck, breasts, inner thighs and all over her body until she’s begging for it—that’s all going to increase the chances of her reaching ultimate arousal when you finally whip out your hog and do the deed. And don’t be afraid to kink up the foreplay a little with blindfolds, handcuffs or whipped cream.

8. Let her use a vibrator.
She loves the feeling of you filling her up (obviously). But most women can’t achieve an orgasm through penetration alone. If she wants to complement what you’re doing with a vibrator, be open to it. Better yet, suggest using a vibrating penis ring during sex. Or use your fingers or knuckles to stimulate her clitoris as you’re thrusting in and out of her. The key is to be a slave to two masters: her vagina and her clitoris. Make sure they’re both getting some love.

9. Two words: figure 8s.
Here’s another surefire move. The next time you go down on your girl, avoid simply running your tongue up and down her little love button, which can cause irritation after a while. Instead, let your tongue swirl around her clitoris as if you’re writing the number 8. Work in some light tongue flicking between strokes to provide even more pleasure. Trust me, she’ll go crazy.

10. Realize it’s not everything.
If the elusive “o” doesn’t happen, don’t sweat it. While orgasms are ideal, women don’t always reach them for a multitude of reasons. That doesn’t mean she didn’t enjoy it. Assuming you’ve tried your absolute best to make a girl feel awesome, don’t let her lack of an orgasm ruin a good time. Now, if it’s happening with every girl you sleep with, you might want to revisit this list and keep perfecting your craft. Because believe me: the man who can consistently make girls’ toes curl in ecstasy and experience mind-blowing orgasms will never be alone for long.

6 Sex Injuries You Should Fear

$

Uganda Dating, sex life, Sex

Sex, sex, sex. Great, right? Sure it is. But like any physical activity, it’s not without risk. Not like, hang-gliding risk, but injuries can still happen. And when dealing with such sensitive parts, the injuries can be terrifying. Don’t scoff! Sex injuries are serious business. You need to know the risks before you get busy. Hit the sheets free from fear by getting educated about sexual injuries with this list of six sex injuries you should fear.

1. Broken Penis.  Absolutely, positively, a #1 on every man’s list of scary sex injuries. Some guys don’t even believe it can happen, though. “It’s not really a bone, therefore you can’t break it.” Lies. You can. Men have. Watch a few adult movies and you’ll see a guy who’s business is cartoonishly crooked. That’s what happens. It’s called Peyronie’s, and it’s something to fear. Dear sweet lord, should you fear it.

2. Ruptured Scrotum. Sometimes, for one reason or another a lack of lubrication can occur during sex. You may be tempted to power through this on your way to the finish line, but be careful! Too much chaffing, and you’re risking rupture in your skin. Imagine a paper cut, only it’s not a cut, it’s a rip. A rip on your penis. Any time “rip” and “penis” are in a sentence, you should pay attention. Be afraid.

3. Bruised/Swollen Testicles. You like when your partner is excited, animated, passionate. And why not? Makes for good sex. But don’t let her get too reckless. After all, she’s working with sensitive material. Too much bouncing and she could potentially mangle your marbles. In fact, testicular trauma can be crippling, and swollen testicles sometimes have to be drained. Not the best place for a syringe.

4. Hernia. We men like to show off our strength in the bedroom. Lift her up, roll her over, toss her around playfully…makes us feel like big men. Get carries away though, and you’re in trouble. Awkward angles lead to bad lifts, which lead to hernias. They’re painful enough, but try telling your girl “I got a hernia from lifting you up.” Scary.

5. Torn Abdominal Muscle. You can tear a lot of muscles with physical activity, but your ab muscle are particularly vulnerable during sex. Think about all the core strength you’re using! But one sudden, badly-executed move, and you could be done. Literally done. A torn abdominal muscle is excruciating, the type of injury that makes pro football players retire. So before you do any back bridges, hands free, think about a torn ab muscle.

6. Heart Attack. Surprisingly common. Not so much an injury as a potential fatality. But combine high levels of arousal, long strenuous activity, and poor cardiovascular health, and you have a recipe for a heart attack. Stay hydrated, stay healthy, and if you feel a tingle in your jaw or left arm, stop. It’s a sign that your heart can’t handle the workload. Pro tip! Don’t call your girl a workload. You’ll have new things to fear.

6 Reasons Penis Size Doesn’t Matter

$
0
0

So, you want to learn about 6 reasons penis size doesn’t matter? Are you intimidated by size queens, worry about measuring up in the locker room, or think that you’re just not big enough? Following are good reasons why you shouldn’t sweat the small stuff.

1. The average penis size when erect is five to seven inches. This directly relates to the whole concept that penis size isn’t much of an issue because women are used to these averages. So, chances are, you’re not going to run into much disappointment when the two of you hit the bedroom together for the first time as chances are good she’s already familiar with the average size.

2. Women value other attributes in a mate more highly than penis size.  Sex therapists have noted that their female clients almost never say anything about their partner’s penis either in terms of size or girth. Instead, women tend to talk about attraction, how caring their mate is, shared interests and other cerebral aspects instead. This is very clear evidence that penis size doesn’t matter.

3. Many women do not experience orgasms via penile penetration. It’s true: there are many women who simply cannot have an orgasm from penetration alone. For them clitoral stimulation produces much more sensation. So, don’t worry if your partner doesn’t seem to be getting much from the penetrative experience. See to her needs first with oral or manual stimulation, or both, for a truly memorable experience.

4. A large penis can make sex worse for the woman. Strange, but true. The size of the organ can make it more difficult for a woman to reach orgasm, if she’s able to, for a psychological reason: the guy that owns the large member is most likely a jerk, and can’t be bothered to take care of his partners needs. So, a nice guy with an average penis size can finish first.

5. Porn does not equal reality. Chances are, you’re like every normal guy out there and have watched your fair share of porn. When it comes to porn, penis size does matter, mainly for visual purposes. A small penis isn’t easily picked up by the camera, so large members it is. Here’s what you need to do — stop comparing yourself to Peter North. Women are simply not looking for a porn star sized penis on their potential mate.

6. What you see is an optical illusion. In other words, images in the mirror are larger than they appear. You only see one plane of your penis for the most part, which is from the top side. What your partner sees is the entirety of the penis, so it appears larger to her than you realize.

When all is said and done, you need to stop worrying about the size of your penis, and comparing it to unrealistic standards. Instead, brush up on your oral skills and let your fingers do the talking to give your partner a mind-blowing orgasm that she’s not going to forget.

It was a joyous evening as The Shongas visited Mulago hospital on Thursday.

The celebrity couple, Herbert and Dorothy Shonga reached out to patients in the Mulago causality ward in a charity drive that formed part of Herbert’s birthday celebrations.

Herbert, who was turning a year older today, exhibited a heart of selflessness as he forewent other pleasures to share his big day with bedridden men and women at Mulago hospital to whom he donated gift hampers.

Herbert also shared a birthday cake with the patients.

“I feel great joy to have brought smiles to the faces of these patients. We pray for your quick recovery,” he said after the ceremony.

The patients, whose joy was palpable, thanked the Shongas for the kind heart as they noted that it’s such gestures that restore their hope for a quick recovery.

Iyanya

If you are a romantic, brace up! We now know why Iyanya and Yvonne Nelson’s romance fell apart just when we thought happily ever after was in sight, and it’s cold.

During a new interview with The Nation, the Mavin singer revealed why he was forced to put the brakes on his relationship with the svelte Ghanaian actress.

According to him, money had to come before love, and seeing as his hustle made it difficult for them to keep a relationship, something had to give.

He said: “We broke up because we hardly had time for each other.

“So, it’s like every time she flies from Ghana to Nigeria during that time I dropped Kukere, I was hustling and I would do four shows in a day and I will make 2million because I was a hustling boy and any call at any time I was going for it.

“So, I won’t say because I was in love with a woman, I’m going to see money and I’m going to lay back.”

3 Things you didn’t know about shooting porn

Porn

One way to find out surprising things about porn is to attend a shoot for yourself, which is what Jenn Tisdale did, when she got invited to star in a porno with James Deen, although a comedian, she couldn’t resist the good looking porn demi-God James Deen, as reported by Kenny Thapoung, Women’s Health.

“I had no desire to do porn,” says Tisdale. “But it was more about who was asking to have sex than my interest in porn. If I saw [Deen] on the street, I’d be interested in sleeping with him.”

She also narrated everything she had to go through before filming, they had to do a background screening and STD testing on her. She was eager to do it because of what she wanted to write about. She also found 3 things surprising things at the shoot.

1. Having sex during period isn’t a big deal

A lot of guys usually try to stay away from a lady when she is observing her monthly visitor. In porn, it’s no big deal, there are ways of dealing with it, one way is use period sponge, push it up but She found out there are other ways. “I warned James mine was coming, and I asked him what the professionals do,” says Tisdale. Because it’s necessary for show to proceed. With pros like Deen, he recommended the scene be moved away from the bed, to the bathroom so, it doesn’t look like such a mess. Genius plan, isn’t it?

2. It doesn’t always end with climax

Well, isn’t that a no-brainer, which means their lives are closer to yours than you thought. Just because they’re porn-stars doesn’t mean all their sex ends up with orgasm. Even the mighty James Deen couldn’t make Tisdale orgasm. “There are all sorts of things you can do in bed to make sex fun without having an orgasm,” she says. “[Deen has] done this so many times, so he knows how to move a lady around.”

3. They actually care about each other

Most times when you watch porn, you can see the guy shag the lady like he despises her, but it’s not the case. It also seems like the guy is the only one having a good time and the woman is left to fend for herself. Deen shocker her when he asked about what she liked in bed. “He asked ahead of time what I did and didn’t like,” she says. “I told him exactly what I was comfortable with and what I liked, and he was fine with that.”

One Global recently re-branded their digital payments platform, PayIt to Og Money in a bid to also offer mCommerce, virtual stores, in-store payments experience and digital banking services.

Og Money is the next evolution of digital financial services, going beyond digital payments to provide users with mobile wallet capabilities, banking, merchant and checkout facilities, virtual stores and turnkey dealer solutions.

“Og Money serves the banked, under-banked and unbanked with a full suite of mobile and digital financial services. It allows users to receive remittances, wages, and government subsidies, make purchases at stores, provide funds for vouchers and gift cards or pay utility bills and school fees,” One Global Founder and CEO Mohammed Al-Rashidi said.

“Og Money acts as a seamless platform to connect consumers, banks, telecommunication operators, foreign exchange providers and merchants, all via the convenience of a mobile phone. Mr Al-Rashidi founded One Global in 2004 and has helped grow Og Money into one of the leading digital payments platforms available in the Middle East. It currently has more than 900,000 regular users, thousands of merchants on the platform and manages millions of dollars of transactions every day through the app.

“Og Money opens up a world of opportunity for people without credit facilities, while also connecting businesses with vast, untapped customers in emerging markets. That’s why we have engineered Og Money to be the most secure, reliable, user friendly and convenient one-stop- shop app for facilitating digital transactions and boosting the cashless economy,” said Mr Al-Rashidi.

One Global is a Microsoft partner and Og Money has received official authorisation and compliance certification from the Central Bank of Bahrain, Kuwait Finance House, Warba Bank in Kuwait, Bank Misr in Egypt, Tadhamon International Islamic Bank in Yemen and many other banks across the region. It’s also PCI/DSS compliant and maintains the highest security level within the financial services industry.

7 Sex positions to try during pregnancy

$
0
0

Pregnant women tend to get revved up and want to get it on — often (thanks, fluctuating hormones!) Here are the best sex positions to try during pregnancy to help you scratch that itch:

1. Be the Little Spoon

This may be the most comfortable of all positions as it allows pregnant women to get it on while resting. You can even take a nap after you orgasm. You’re already in position, so why not? To be the little spoon during sex, lie on your side in front of your partner while he lies behind you. This position allows for easy access and shallow penetration so you don’t feel as much pressure during sex.

2. Ride ‘em

Climbing on top of your lover allows you to take control. You choose how deep you want him to go and how fast or slow, and there’s no pressure on your growing belly. Plus, you don’t have to waddle over to the bedroom when the mood strikes. You can ride ‘em anywhere! Watching TV on your sofa and get turned on all of a sudden? No problem! Just jump his bones — literally.

3. A Different Kind of Missionary

Missionary is pretty much impossible while pregnant. You already have all this belly weight, the last thing you need is your man’s body on top of you! You can, however, modify missionary by lying on your back on the edge of the bed with your feet dangling on the edge. Your lover then climbs on top of you, but he won’t be resting all his weight on you. However, keep in mind that this position won’t work when you are further along. Doctors recommend not lying on your back after your second trimester as doing so decreases the blood supply to a baby in utero.

4. Reverse Cowgirl

In the reverse cowgirl position, your man will lie on his back as you ride him with your back facing him. Just like riding him face forward, you are in control of your movements, which is essential when pregnant.

5. Get it From Behind

If you like doggy style, you can still get it from behind when pregnant. You won’t be able to get on all fours but you can definitely kneel in front of a couch. He’ll then penetrate from behind just like he did before baby. Hold on to the sofa with your arms for support, that way you can keep your belly off the couch while he rams his penis inside of you.

6. Scissors

To scissor, both you and your partner lie on your side on opposite directions. Raise your leg so his penis can slide into you (you’re basically intercrossing your legs and going at it). Yes, you should look like a pair of scissors! Then, thrust toward each other. There isn’t as much movement, so it’s easy peasy. Plus, he’ll be rubbing your clitoris with his pelvic bone — double the pleasure!

7. Pull Up a Chair

Using furniture is essential when having sex while pregnant as it serves as support, and a chair is no different. Have your partner sit while you straddle him. This position is similar to the cowgirl only you are switching it up by riding him on a chair. Whatever works to keep sex spicy while you’re prego, right?

6 Relationship bumps that healthy couples should avoid

The secret is to avoid drama in the first place!

Sometimes maintaining a strong, healthy and growing relationship feels easy and natural, seeming to take no effort at all. Other times, that same relationship requires intention, effort, focus and genuine hard work.

Happy, successful couples understand that BOTH states of being are a normal and necessary part of nurturing a long-term relationship. To help reduce the amount of struggle, they know that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

As such, they mindfully keep their relationship on track by avoiding the following six traps that lead to relationship disaster:

1. They don’t break trust.

The ability to trust each other is the single most prominent predictor of relationship success according to research by John Gottman. He says trust is measured in ways such as: “Can I trust [my partner] to be here for me, listen to me, choose me first over others, take care of the family, not take drugs, help with the children, be faithful and respectful to me?”

Gottman’s research found that not only was a trusting relationship more likely to survive and be healthy; untrusting relationships actually negatively affect physical health. During the 20-year study, 58 percent of the husbands in the ‘untrusting’ group died compared to 20 percent of the husbands in the ‘trusting’ group.

Successful couples know how essential trust is to the health and happiness of their relationship, and so they do not break trust with each other.

2. They don’t let their anger get out of control.

While anger is a natural human emotion that warrants healthy expression, successful couples figure out how to avoid explosive, hurtful blowups. They also don’t hold grudges. In Ephesians 4:26, New International Version (NIV) we read: “In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.” This verse of scripture does not say don’t get angry, but rather … when you do feel angry, don’t store it up as a grudge for days and don’t blow up and hurt people with it.

Based on his research of thousands of couples, Gottman predicts, with 96 percent accuracy, a marriage’s survivability after watching a couple fight with each other. In relationships where one or both parties is highly critical, maintain contempt for their partner, and act overly defensive and/or continually stonewall the other; there is high likelihood of the marriage failing if there is no change.

Successful couples develop skills to channel their anger toward solving the problem rather than aiming it at each other through attacks or withdrawing.

3. They don’t avoid difficult decisions or conversations.

In every healthy relationship, there are times when we disagree. It can happen because we have different perspectives, we misunderstand each other, or our previous life experiences have programmed us to respond in certain ways.

Regardless of the reason, in a well-functioning relationship; both parties want to work together to resolve the issue in such a way that both feel they are functioning as a team. This process can take time to learn and may even involve outside intervention to learn new skills. Try reading good books on relationships, attending an occasional communication seminar, or even counseling.

4. They refuse to hit below the belt.

Successful couples do not avoid fights, even when the issues at hand are messy, painful and cause them to feel distant from one another. However, they do avoid ‘going too far’ in terms of the words, tone and gestures that use. They purposely avoid doing things that their partner has identified as ‘off limits’ or ‘below the belt.’

These couples still argue and disagree, but they avoid creating irreparable damage to their partner. They both work at repairing the relationship and moving toward a place of win/win compromise.

The truth is, we hurt one another in human relationships. There are times we inflict hurt on purpose, and there are times we have no idea what it was that caused our partner pain. Healthy couples are no different; they just work at processing what happened, repairing the damage, and moving on to resolve the incident.

5. They never use sex as a weapon.

Couples vary in the frequency of their sexual activity together. It’s not uncommon for one spouse to have a higher libido than the other, even in successful relationships. Studies show that changing sexual habits for a partner can benefit a relationship.

In successful relationships, couples find a rhythm to their sexual relationship that satisfiesboth partners. Sex is never used as a weapon to manipulate or punish their partner.

6. They don’t let emotional distance grow.

It is normal in marriage to experience times when you both feeling exceptionally close and times you feel some distance or detachment. Feelings of closeness and longing for each other ebb and flow. In a healthy relationship, neither party will let the feeling of detachment go on for too long without addressing it and processing what’s happening.

If emotional distance continues for too long, one of the parties may begin to experience further detachment and possibly feel rejected, leading to resentment. Once one of the parties in a healthy marriage realizes the distancing feeling has gone on longer than normal, he/she will address it; find out if the other partner is experiencing the same feelings, and then, together, will make the necessary changes and adjustments to regain the sense of closeness they both need.

“I have been in love with Herbert for 14 years,” she said. “I organised this party as a small gift to him.”

The evening was lit up with a performance from Naava Grey who set a romantic mood for the lovebirds with her ballads like “Soka Lami”, “Ninga Omuloge” and “Aliba Wani” among others.

The couple and their guests later carried on the fun to Fusion Auto-Spa Munyonyo for the after-party.

Meanwhile, the dinner was preceded by a charity drive in which the couple donated several items to patients at Mulago hospital.
