Rihanna is spending time with her family in Barbados.

She allegedly split from on/off boyfriend Drake recently and has flown home to Barbados for some quality family time.

Video: Diamond Platnumz surprises blind man, leaves him in tears

Diamond Platnumz surprised a blind man, who seems to be going through a hard time after losing his sight, and gave him a stash of money to assist him.

The blind lad didn’t know that the Bongo star was coming to the studio to see him, and though he didn’t know who it was, he could tell that it was Chibu Dangote just by touching him.

The young man is Diamond Platnumz’s diehard fan and the fact that he couldn’t see the star after finally meeting him, was too painful for him, and at the same time very exciting, moving him to tears.

Diamond has shared the tear-jerking video on social media.

5 Things Men Think About When You’re on Top

Couple-3

Here are five things guys think about when you’re ridin’ dirty.

1. “This is a nice break.” Lots of guys are likely to initiate the cowgirl move because they’re winded, or on the brink of premature Release.

2. “B**bs!” No other position affords such amazing optical access.

3. “I could stay like this for days.” Lazy s*x is the best s*x. You know it’s true.

4. “Please don’t break my man-hood.” It’s always in the back of our mind that something bad is going to happen while you’re on top. One wrong move, and it’s all over for our peen.

5. “Alright—my turn again.” A great s*xual excursion includes a few positions, orgasms all around, and a celebratory sports drink (because hydration is key).

12 Things Women Wish Men Knew About Blow Jobs

$

woman

Here are the 12 things ladies want dudes to know about BJs. Gentlemen, note taking is encouraged.

1. If we bring you from zero to 100, give us some credit. For the most part, if we’re fooling around with a guy, his engine will have at least started by the time we get our mouth involved. But if we have to bring things from neutral to 65 mph, there’s a lot of work involved. Hey, we’re not asking for overtime, but just a little acknowledgement might be nice.

2. When you gently nudge the back of our head, it isn’t subtle at all. Dude, we get it. We’ll get there. But your “hint” makes us feel obligated—and it could be enough to snap us right out of the giving mood.

3. Getting on our knees while you stand involves some athletic prowess. This sexy, submissive move isn’t something we can pull off every time, but we think all parties can agree that it’s pretty hot. We know you enjoy it, but unless you want to invest in a pair of kneepads to keep by the bed, don’t expect this on the regular.

4. The same goes for deep throating. This is the exception, not the rule. It’s for when we’re feeling extra generous. Some of us haveserious gag reflexes to contend with and we’re pretty sure hurling on your man parts isn’t how you imagined ending this love sesh. Appreciate this occasional gift like it’s a rare, fine wine.

5. We know we look hot. We know that clear shot of our a*s while we’re getting down to business is a nice visual for you. It’s not always easy to give you the money shot (no, not that money shot), but we want you to feel good and have something nice to look at, too. Please compliment accordingly.

6. Sometimes our grunts and moans are just part of the show. The truth is, sometimes we really are super turned on, but other times we’re just doing it to speed things along.

7. 69: Good in theory, tricky in reality. The 69 position seems like it’s gonna be so sexy…until we lose focus on the task at hand because someone’s got their hand in our task. It’s like, why keep running the marathon when someone’s offering an ice cream cone at mile five?

8. Warnings are welcome. A heads-up about the impending arrival of semen is always appreciated and often necessary. An unexpected shot of jizz could be considered a real safety hazard.

9. Road head has its limitations. Of course we’ll go down on you while you’re driving, within reason. A three-hour road trip on a lightly populated interstate is the ideal scenario. A quick trip to 7-11 to pick up some trash bags and milk is not. Keep your expectations in check.

10. Shower scenes are hit or miss. Just like actual intercourse in the shower, giving head in the shower is complicated. A gal can only take so much water in her mouth. We do our best, but please don’t be disappointed if you can’t hang a “Mission Accomplished” banner above the bathtub.

11. Don’t expect a blow job every time we’re alone in a room. If we brought our A-game time and time again, you might come to expect it, time and time again. That’s not always realistic. Be grateful when you get it, but don’t expect a decadent dessert after every single meal.

12. We can only do so much. If we’re a half-hour in, and you’renowhere near finishing this race, we’re throwing in the towel. We’re only human, and we know you are, too. We’re totally fine to end with a pat on the a*s followed by “good game, good game.”

7 Signs You’ve Given Your Heart To The WRONG Person

Coup

A healthy relationship is about give and give, not give and take. It’s not even 50/50, it’s more like 100/100. There is no “part time” relationship — you’re either in, or you’re out. But sometimes, our judgment gets clouded. We really care about the person we’re with so we’re willing to do everything for them. But a good sign of a solid relationship is if they’re willing to do the same for you in return (without you asking for it).

So, how do you know when you’re giving too much? When is enough, enough?

1. You’re smiling less when you’re alone.

The one person you can’t hide your feelings from is yourself. It’s easy to convince those around us that we’re happy with the situation we’re in and with our partner. Of course, no relationship is 100 percent perfect, but if you begin to feel down when they’re not around (and not because you’re missing them), this could be a sign of your true feelings coming to the surface.

2. You’re even reading this article in the first place.

Even though it is difficult for us to sift through our own emotions at times, it is an integral part of a happy life and relationship. We are the only ones who truly know what we’re feeling inside our own heart and mind, and if you find hesitancy like this poking through your consciousness, it’s probably a red flag.

Reciprocity is key, and if you’re questioning whether or not your partner is putting in their best effort, the answer is probably no.

3. You feel emotionally exhausted.

A solid relationship should enhance your life, not complicate your life. You should feel energized by the other persons’ presence in your life. Inspired. Motivated. Excited. If you are mentally and emotionally drained, you may be sacrificing your own well-being for the sake of an unhealthy relationship.

4. You’re losing sight of you.

Do you feel like more of a servant than a partner? If you are always working to make your partner happy but rarely or never see the effort reciprocated, it’s very easy to lose sight of your own wants and needs because you’ve become too caught up in theirs. I’m all for being loving and giving at all stages of a relationship, but it’s important to make sure that it goes both ways.

5. There would be voids if it wasn’t for you.

Voids in things to do together, voids in physical intimacy, voids in conversation. If you are always the one who is suggesting activities, initiating physical contact, or taking care of things around the house, then you probably already realize that you’re carrying the relationship and giving too much of yourself away.

Happy, healthy relationships are a team — and like any good team, each player has their strengths which fit together like puzzle pieces with the other players to create a strong partnership. If one player doesn’t carry their weight, the team will lose.

6. You jumped into commitment before they were ready.

I’ve seen people dive head first into a relationship with someone, swear off all other members of the opposite s*x right away, and end up hurt. They think that giving their entire being to the other person will make them return the sentiment and love. It doesn’t. It needs to come naturally from both sides.

7. You worry about losing them and keep trying harder.

If we begin to feel someone slowly slipping away from us, some of us may find it natural to try harder and to put more effort in to keep them around. Often times, this does the exact opposite and pushes them away.

6 Positions to better your Woman-On-Top skills

couple

Woman on top position leaves the control and dominance for the lady. Most times, using this position makes the guy a spectator, and for the romantics, you can see each other’s faces while it’s going down.

1. Cowgirl

This is arguable one of the worlds most favored sexual positions because the guy gets to lie back and get a wonderful view of his partner going up and down, the clitoris is massaged in this position. With regards to penetrations, this might be quickest way for her to achieve orgasm. Feel free to massage her boobs while she rides you to heaven. If you can put your hands around her neck if she’s into that.

2. Reverse Cowgirl

This style is a classic, instead of her facing you, she turns her back on you, if she is a shy person, this might be her go to position. Another advantage of this is that she can control the penetration and the guy can just enjoy the great view from behind. If you insist on seeing her face, then you might need to get a mirror at her front.

3. Crouching Reverse Cowgirl

This style is a modification of the reverse cowgirl where arches her back while resting her arms in between the guy’s legs, she can also grab the guy’s shines. The control she has here is immense and the guy can sit back and watch, maybe have a snack, I kid of course about the snacks.

4. Woman Laying On Top

This position requires a lot of work on the woman’s part, its also very intense. The lady lays on her back and the guy holds her by the hips or butt, while she partly raises herself up using her elbow and legs, arching her back and placing her shoulder and shoulder blades on the guy’s chest. She lowers her hips up and down to control how deep the guy goes in and out of her. See, why I said it’s requires a lot of work? The attempt of this in itself is an accomplishment. For the Yoga clan, this should be a piece of cake.

5. The Backseat Special

This is one of the favorite sex position when you’re in a car and need to get your groove as soon as possible. It’s the regular missionary style but she leans more into the guy. This is for those times when you’re both bored, horny and in a car. How better to make the situation better than going to the backseat for some quick action.

6. The Waterfall

This is a strange one that might probably send you the hospital if you do it wrongly but hey, if you pull it off. You can live to tell the story with all the pieces of your body intact. For the sexual adventurous, go for it!

Sex expert Dr. Emily Morse says: The Waterfall is a variation on the popular Cowgirl position, but packs a super-sized climactic punch. Start by laying on the couch or bed with your head near the edge and your partner on top of you, but instead of riding you from her knees, she’ll need to lean back and shift her weight to her feet. Once she’s got the stance down, inch toward the edge of the bed or couch, letting your head and shoulders slide off onto the ground while your hips remain elevated. If you’re on a couch, drape your legs over the back of the seat or simply let your knees fall open. From here, your partner has complete control over the speed, depth and intensity of her gyrations, not to mention a free hand to use as she wishes – clitoral stimulation, anyone? There are a couple of ways to execute this pose: You can either use it as a bridge while building to orgasm, or moving into it right before the big finale. Either way, this position will cause the blood to rush to your head (and your other head) for an explosive climax. (Now you’ll understand why it’s called the Waterfall.)

Uganda ranked 6th in access to credit in Sub-Saharan Africa

kampala city

Uganda now ranks in the top six nations in Sub Saharan Africa for access to credit, according to ICAEW (the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). In  their latest Economic Insight: Africa Q3 2016 report launched yesterday, the accountancy and finance body points out that Rwanda tops in Sub-Saharan Africa when it comes to ease of credit financing.

The ICAEW report produced by partner and forecaster Oxford Economics provides a snapshot of the Sub-Saharan Africa’s economic performance focusing specifically on Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, South Africa and Angola.

Michael Armstrong, Regional Director, ICAEW Middle East, Africa and South Asia said: “Access to finance is a vital driver of economic growth, so this is great news for Uganda. The interest cap enacted in Uganda benefits customers by both keeping the rates regulated, as well as spurring greater competition amongst banks. It could also further incentivise more accurate credit scoring. All of these measures should help Ugandan businesses in the longer term.”

In line with this, Uganda’s central bank recently reduced its benchmark interest rate by 100 basis points for a third consecutive time, to 14 percent, citing an unfavourable growth outlook due to global economic uncertainty. Given that inflation is forecast to stabilize around the policy target of 5 percent over the next six months, the Bank of Uganda believes that a continued easing of monetary policy is necessary.According to Bank of Uganda, the reduction will support economic growth in Uganda through a recovery of private sector credit. Uganda’s economy will in turn expand by a projected 5.5 percent in the financial year through June 2017, compared with an estimate of 4.6 percent in 2015-16.

According to the ICAEW report, and drawing on insights from World Bank’s Doing Business Rankings, Rwanda performed the best in Sub Saharan Africa in terms of access to credit. In second place was Zambia followed by Kenya, Ghana, Mauritius, Uganda, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Angola.

Rwanda has made several reforms to facilitate access to credit in the past 6 years thus pushing up its rank. Kenya too has made gains in access to credit by enacting a law prohibiting banks from lending at rates higher than 4% over the Central Bank rate.

Angola, which came in the bottom of the rankings, has only seen one reform made in the past 6 years regarding access to credit. Furthermore, despite the country having the third largest banking system in Sub Saharan Africa after Nigeria and South Africa, only a small portion of the population is banked and few business apply for loans.

As a whole, Sub Saharan Africa performed relatively poorly compared to other regions in terms of access to credit with a regional average Distance to Frontier (DTF) score of 35.9. The DTF score captures the gap between an economy’s performance and a measure of the best practice across the entire sample – with 100 being the frontier. The lower the DTF score achieved, the worse the access to credit.

The ICAEW Report also states that there is a large variation in borrowing costs across the continent. Broadly, West African economies face more expensive borrowing costs than East Africa, as authorities try to curtail serious inflation.

This divergence continues when looking at GDP growth in the region. Greater diversification in East Africa should allow stronger economic growth in 2017 and beyond, while the major West African economies continue to suffer the fiscal and monetary consequences of lower oil prices.

The ICAEW report also states that economic risk remains much higher in Africa as a whole compared to other major emerging market regions, but there are a number of bright spots. Botswana, Namibia and Mauritius all fare well by global emerging market risk standards.

The report also shows that East African countries have eased monetary policy over the past year while their West African counterparts tightened it in an effort to slow inflation. The report also shows that Kenya enjoys lower borrowing costs compared to Uganda

Lastly, the ICAEW Report states that Rwanda and Kenya have maintained strong growth momentum into 2016, recording real GDP growth of 7.3% year-on-year (y-o-y) and 5.9% y-o-y in the first quarter of the year respectively; Uganda recorded a relatively disappointing 3.4% y-o-y rate in the same quarter.

Dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu has finally come out to address reports claiming she is back in the dating game.

The “Sample Dat” singer was recently rumored to be romantically involved with a one Chris Adams based in the US after cozy photos of the two emerged. The two were said to have allegedly hooked up during Cindy’s recent trip to USA, and have since been said to be an item.

However, Cindy has dismissed the dating rumours, and insisted they are just friends and nothing more.

“It’s tough when they say you are in love with your male friend because you can’t say ‘I don’t love him’. Of course you love him just like all your girlfriends, just not the way people assume.” She said.
