The city socialite checked into a hotel last week in Nairobi days before she went to hospital to give birth to her baby boy, Jesse McCarthy. Absent her muzungu lover, Black went through it all successfully in the company of his son and some people to help her.
The Snapchat Nakawere has now left the hospital and will be back in Uganda today with her bouncing baby boy Jesse. This brings the number fo her children to 3. Jesse is an addition to Davina and the very popular Jonah from the hodulop saga. All three are from different men.
