Uganda cranes take on Burundi in a ‘must win’ Cecafa final group stage match

Uganda cranes will today evening take on Burundi at Hawasa National Stadium-Ethiopia in a must win encounter so as to qualify for the next round in this years CECAFA senior challenge cup

Uganda cranes who currently sit 3rd in Group B with 3 points after starting with a 2-0 loose to Kenya before thumping Zanzibar 4 goals to non will have to win Second placed Burundi with a chance to come out as group leaders if Kenya draws at zanzibar

“The good thing is that we woke against Zanzibar, but it is still tough and we have to work harder to see that we advance“ – Cranes head coach,Micho said in an interview

However, Uganda still has a chance of qualifying to the next round as the “best loosers” if at all results dont go there way this evening since they are still the better 3rd placed team in this years tournament
