Only a day after kick off Nyege Nyege faces a major setback with her ticketing system Mookh malfunctioning. The system has a habitual session of rejecting earlier purchased tickets whilst allowing multiple use at the other sessions.
While we boast of the annual anticipated event, this year’s event has left many stranded with their online tickets being rejected either submitting to purchased others at the entrance to access venue or retreating.
Aisha, a Jinja resident has been left to curse after purchasing 2 online tickets that have both been rejected luckily she could afford to sacrifice for a physical one at the entrace.
Nyege Nyege 2023 online tickets were at a whopping 200,000Ugx for the 4 day event.
